Any club who wishes to host an APRC sweepstakes show shall apply to the Sanction Chairperson of the APRC for all sanctions and provide the ARBA sanction number.

 

Sanction applications processed using Easy2Show
may be purchased up until the day before the show date.

Sanction Fees PER Show

Open Class: $17 USD
Youth Class: $11 USD
(prices effective March 15, 2026)

Shows must be sanctioned with ARBA prior to requesting an APRC sanction.

While the APRC prefers that all Sanction Requests be made
via the Easy2Show Club Management "SANCTIONS" platform online,
hard copy requests will still be honored, for the time being.

Sanction Requests must be mailed
via USPS at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the show.
